My gooooooo toooooooo's are the tiki burger with tots and the Kailua Pork with Mac salad.
The tiki burger I crave. The bun is the best bun out there and while the burger is small it packs a punch of flavor. I have gotten the double before. The single patty is just right.
When I want something a little more I get the Kailua pig "bowl." It too it packed with goodness and flavor and leaves me full but still wanting more.
The drive-thru is I think used like a proper drive-thru. You order and circle the building and get your food on the opposite window. There is a short wait but I would prefer that over not getting fresh, fresh food.
Not much more to say. This place gets better and better as the days roll on. They are hitting their stride and it get busier everyday. People must have found out about that amazing hamburger bun. It is so good!
Drive through or outdoor eating. -

The "Soup Nazi" guy of burgers: We stopped here today because we wanted a burger. When we noticed it was Hawain we hesitated because it wasn't want we anticipated. A man yelled out the window at us and asked us what we were looking for.
We told him "a standard burger". He told us to go to Jack in the Box or McDonalds. He proceeded to tell us that he had homemade buns and specialty burgers. We were tempted and going to give it a try. He asked again what we wanted. Without time to look at the menu we said "a burger". In a loud voice, he told us to go to Jack in the Box. We wished he had invited us to try something and explain the menu. Instead we felt challenged, condescended, confronted and attacked. We walked away. It was a rude and awful experience. We will not go near this place again. -

Been here a couple of times and so far so good. They have decent burgers, but my favorite is the moco loco. The service is a little slow but the food is always hot and fresh. Guess it is a trade off!

Im from Maui and enjoyed the food here. I ordered the 3 meat plate, teri beef, adobo and kalua pork. The teriyaki beef was slightly on the tough side so after a few pieces I abandoned ship on that. However the adobo and kalua pork was delicious. Very juicy. So juicy that I will ask for two scoop of rice next time. The toasted sweet roll was a nice little addition. Food is cooked to order so there may be a couple minute wait, but worth it.

Ordered their advertised Smokey Davis smoked turkey nuggets. The cashier had no clue what I was talking about and suggested chicken strips. I let her know it was on their big tall sign facing the street. She still wrung up and prepared a kids chicken nugget meal. Luckily I checked before I drove away. When I requested turkey nuggets or my money back, I was curtly informed that turkey nuggets cost more than the kids meal. But they wouldnt charge me the difference. I tried giving back the kids meal and she refused. I left the kids meal for the kids working there and went to a place that knows what their menu and customer service are. Its too bad Smokey Davis is associated with them. -

BOISE BEST BACON CHEESEBURGER, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Who made up that LIE?! (oh probably the owners, you can put any BS on a sign out front)... So I tried the new Burger Time/Tiki Teriyaki as I heard they have a new owner, the old place was REALLY AWFUL too, and I must say the Burgers were TERRIBLE! Small, teeny meat patty, overcooked and dry, and REALLY overpriced and on top of that they are stingy with the toppings and stingy with the side of fries too. I spent just under $25.00 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks and fries, are you kidding me, this isn't fine dining for goodness sake! Do yourself a favor skip this place and go somewhere else for a burger!
